Fundraising

These are some of the ways we use to raise money to help pay for camps, activities and equipment and the ongoing running costs of the Scout Group.

Shopping Vouchers -

We have registered with both Tesco and Sainsburys to collect their vouchers for sports and games equipment. Please let us have any that you collect as soon as possible so that we can have as much time as possible to choose the items we would like. Well done and thank you to all of you that have been collecting for us.

Bag Packing

From time to time we are offered opportunities to bag pack at local supermarkets. We are very grateful to Morrisons, Sainsburys, Marks & Spencers and the local co-op in Compton for their help with this in recent years. We have a code of conduct for behaviour and the way that we wish to present ourselves. As these events can raise large amounts of money it is very important that members dress smartly and are polite to customers.

We have 2 dates coming up:

Wednesday 16 December (6-9pm)  and Saturday 2nd January 9 til 5pm at Sainsburys Marsh Mills
